When select a crushing method, it should be determined base on the mechanical strength of solid waste, especially the hardness. In general, for the brittle hard waste such as waste rock, etc., which should be used extrusion, splitting, bending, impact and grinding and other methods; for soft and hard waste such as scrap steel, waste plastics, are usually using shearing and impacting crush; for the garbage contain large quantities of paper waste, wet and half wet crushing will be having a good result; for the bulky solid waste, are usually cutting or compression for molding first, and then use crusher for crushing.
Select the solid waste crusher, we should meet the following basic requirements:

2) Selection of models and types of crushers should be base on the broken nature of the materials and size.
3) Should be set the environmental protection measures while using the crusher at the same time. For room temperature dry crusher, dust removal device should be used to prevent dust pollution of the atmosphere; to take adequate measures to eliminate vibration; take appropriate acoustic insulation to reduce noise.
4) Should take protective measures for the crusher and the process of crushing. When the material need to be broken contains flammable and explosive materials, they should take appropriate safety measures, such as the installation of water hydrants to be protective.
