IFAT 2010, the world’s largest waste management, environmental protection exhibition

Biennial exhibition IFAT held on September 13, 2010 to 17  in Munich, Germany. The exhibition from 49 countries with 2,730 exhibitors, attracting the world’s 185 countries with 110,000 visitors. Few visitors from Asia, South Korea and Japan, and Singapore have some visitors, very few visitors from India and China. This is a reflection of the extent of China’s environmental protection industry.

According to statistics, 23 companies from China has attended the exhibition, exhibits including flocculants, water separator, filter material, fittings, plastic bins, UV lamps, valves, submersible sewage pumps, garbage crusher, sweep the road cars and foam compactors.

There are three Chinese exhibitors are public companies, including construction machinery manufacturers Heavy Industry, water treatment and waste disposal projects and operating companies Sand environmental protection, as well as small and medium sized waste incinerators manufacturer Zhongdewaste technology . We note that there are four solid waste handling equipment manufacturers from China, including the Zhongde, GREENMAX, Huatai Technology and HARDEN.

That several Chinese exhibitors display the garbage incinerator, foam recycling equipment, waste shredders, as well as tires and waste plastics into fuel oil and carbon black of the patented technology. Relative to the water treatment and waste gas treatment, solid waste handling equipment industry in China is still in infancy
